It's called Fractal Rainbow Ocean.
I tried to make fractals once. I downloaded a bunch of programs and got all obsessive and crazy and tried to make them. But nothing I did came out cool. NOTHING! Interestingly, it's a math thing. Apparently, I'm so not good at math! At least not the cool kind of math that makes nifty pictures like this!
